This flash speedometer preloader is easy to use in your flash file and easily customizable. You can change the bg color, font color easily through setting the color value in the AS layer.
To integrating this preloader in you flash project or file, just following below 2 steps:
1) copy the preloader clip from the stage and paste it to your flash file (place it in first frame)
2) publish your flash file
your flash file now has a preloader.
This preloader only 10kb and all the graphics are vector based.
